Cara-cara Orange

Last winter I discovered Cara Cara Sunkist oranges and I was very pleased to be able to buy some again. They look like a regular navel orange but the flesh is pinkish like a pink grapefruit.
They are very juicy with a slightly sour tang to them, rather like a tangelo.
I was so enjoying eating my orange that I decided to give it bit of the spotlight.
